The number below is not just competitive. It is a custom, owned platform, already built and live, for less than the WordPress brochure quote you are holding. Here is the honest reasoning.

A comparable custom platform of this depth, a charter-first site with a page per aircraft, a whitelabelled CMS, secure admin, smart enquiry routing and a search and AI-search foundation, would typically be quoted at R150,000 or more by a conventional South African studio, and would take months to design and build from scratch.

The platform is designed to carry the weight of AXIS Aviation's positioning: the Flight Management arm of a global group, operating two South African bases, each with its own FBO and Advantage Lounge.

AXIS Aviation is the Flight Management arm of the Swiss AXIS Group, in aviation since 2014, with 200+ specialists and divisions in Zurich, Vienna, San Marino, Johannesburg and Cape Town. In May 2024 the group integrated Absolute Aviation's Flight Services, founded in 2008, bringing deep South African roots into a global operation.

AXIS Aviation South Africa is a SACAA Part 135 operator with two SA bases, Lanseria and Cape Town, each with its own FBO and Advantage Lounge. The website is built to reflect exactly that: global standards, local presence, and the operational excellence behind both.

The About, Safety and FBO sections are already written and built to carry this story with the restraint it deserves. As verified leadership bios and the updated brand manual arrive, they drop straight into place.

Every payment is tied to a real milestone: acceptance, then an approved staging site, then a live site. You are never paying ahead of something you can see and click.

What the monthly fee covers

Hosting and care (R1,499/month, excl. VAT) covers hosting, security, software updates, uptime monitoring, backups, small content edits, and a monthly health check, so the platform stays fast, secure and current without you having to think about it.

A handful of running costs are charged by outside providers, not by us, and sit outside the monthly fee: domain registration, and any premium third-party service you later choose to add (for example a marketing email platform such as Mailchimp or SendGrid for future campaigns). These are billed to you directly or passed through at cost.

This is a custom platform, not a rented template. There are no theme licences and no plugin lock-in. On go-live and final payment, the site and its custom CMS are yours to own and run.

Your content is yours

Everything you publish through the content studio, your fleet data, news, team and page content, is yours at every stage. You can export it, and we provide a documented path if you ever move on.

No AI imagery

We honour the AXIS brand rule: no AI-generated imagery. Real photography of the fleet, FBOs and crew carries the site, with elegant placeholders only until your originals arrive.

Backups & care

Hosting and care includes backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring and a monthly health check, so the platform stays fast, secure and current.

POPIA-aligned

The build is aligned with POPIA from the ground up, with a Legal section covering privacy, Charter and FBO terms and cookie consent, ready for your final legal sign-off.
